1-3-12 1741hrs just rec'ved a text on my cell, from 925-231-5399 stating "Congratulations... Please call (866-432-9100 to claim your $100.00 rewards certificate". When I called, the ring changed sounds like a transfer to VOIP, or off shore call. The male who answered was reading (poorly) from a script offering a target or walmart gift card delivered to me in the next few days for only a 4.00 handling fee. Next he wanted to know if I wanted to bill the four dollars to my Visa or Master Card. I asked if more information could be mailed to me and the call was terminated at his end
